HI, CHECK UR BODY MASS INDEX TO KNOW WHETHER U R IN HEALTHY RANGE,OVERWEIGHT, OBESITY OR SEVERE OBESITY. REGULAR EXERCISE AND DIET RESTRICTION CAN BE FOLLOWED FOR OVERWEIGHT AND EARLY OBESITY. U HAVE TO CONSULT OBESITY SPECIALIST FOR SEVERE OBESITY, WHO MAY SUGGEST SURGICAL OPTIONS. EXERCISE FOR 30 MINS /DAY, ANY FORM LIKE WALKING/ JOGGING/SKIPPING/SWIMMING/CYCLING. AVOIDING HIGH CALORIE FOOD LIKE SWEETS, SNACKS, CHOCOLATES, ICE CREAMS AND DEEP FRIED FOODS. INCLUDE MORE VEGETABLES AND SELECT FRUITS. HAVE DRY FRUITS AND NUTS FOR SNACKS. WEIGHT REDUCTION TAKES TIME JUST LIKE IT TAKES TIME TO PUT ON WEIGHT. U HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT IN UR EFFORT.
