U HAVE TO CONSULT OBESITY SPECIALIST FOR SEVERE OBESITY, WHO MAY SUGGEST SURGICAL OPTIONS. EXERCISE FOR 30 MINS /DAY , AVOIDING HIGH CALORIE FOOD IS BENEFICIAL FOR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT.
