Hey, man. I believe you should wait with the proteinpowder till you see no other solution. You say that you want to build more muscle and cannot go up in weight. If eating more does not get you there you can try out a "GAINER"

The way you describe the wish for muscle and not weight in general gives me the feeling that you might fear adding pounds of fat on the body. This is nothing to fear and in order to become a bigger and muscular man you will have to go up in weight just in general. Then you can tone your body to get rid of excessive belly fat and "love handles" and that sort of stuff. I myself weighed around 50kg when I first wanted to build muscle and had no idea that eating was the solution.

Eat till failure in every meal, drink fat dense milk, 4 eggs every day, and weigh your body from week to week and write down the numbers. Changing the body takes time so be patient.

If you seek help with the training there are lots of youtubers and internet forums that teach in a simple and helpful way. Since you want to improve your appearance, the key-word that you should google around is "bodybuilding."

Whey protein is ok to take without hitting gym. It is just a supplement like fishoil or magnesium. Still, nothing beats a great meal with carbs and protein, and in your situation fatsources also.

Hope to hear from your progress in the future!

Hey thanks for the advice really helpful I dropped thinking about getting protein powder and I started some home workouts to help build mussels and gain some weight and I've been careful of my diet started eating more greens and meat rather than chasing fatty food to gain weight. Got more information from friends and people across the Internet Overall I'm waiting for good results with patience

And I thank you again for taking time for great advice :)
