I will probably get tired of writing these every day but i thought i may as well have a go at using the blog to remain focussed on the job in hand...operation wedding dress!!!!
Well, day 1 has gone well. Tasty food has been eaten, and because i had a low calorie tea of fish and veg, there was room for Easter egg!! I measured that bad boy out so that i have had in total 1400 calories today, on the nose! And i feel fab!! Very self-righteous, and looking forward tomorrow.

Well done. And why shouldn't you feel self righteous. A good start to getting into the dress. I don't have a wedding dress to fit into but have a dress for a wedding in June. So suppose I'm operation dress!
I too was considering blogging everyday but thought it might just clog up the system. Think I'll keep an eye on your blog and just comment on how I'm doing. Definitely reckon it should help with staying focused.

I've not been great on the food front yet but have walked to work this morning and am walking home so at least I have done something. I have a few social events this week so the excercise might help a little.
ps I'm going to my first belly dancing class on Thursday, that should be a laugh and I don't think I will need to move much to get the belly dancing LOL x
Operation dress - perhaps we should follow that. Like inner slim i have a dress to get into for a big family wedding. Three years ago I got married and was two and half stone lighter - all brides loose weigh) ...and I wore a very pretty silk floral pattern dress - which has not seen the light of day since I would like to fit into this for August. So after Easter I am starting with renewed motivation ( lost 3 pounds last week)- but have just had a very bad weekend - so I am paying back this week - took myself on a run this today- and defintely trying to stick to the 1400 calories a day. Weigh in Friday - so fingers crossed.
so keep at it girls - we will win the battle!!!!
