Did the air fryer have recipes in the user manual after the directions? We use one for salmon and a few other items.😀👍

my daughter has the Bored of Lunch books - for air fryers and slow cookers - he posts recipes on his Instagram account @boredoflunch . I have done a few of his slow cooker ones, which were good. Not sure if it fits with any diet approaches though

I cant reccommend a book, but I Love my air fryer. I cook all sorts in it, my favorites are tofu. I mix it with fajita mix or lemon herb mix. Sweet potatoe fries, I mix them with the juice and zest of ½ a lime and a bit of chilli. Also bang bang cauliflower. (recpie on line)You will love it as the weather gets warmer. The food is light and full of flavour and great with summer salads.
