Wow ! How on earth.did you manage that ? Please give me hint ! I've been hard, I lost 4 pounds during the week and today I've woken up to find I've put them all back on! I've changed nothing. Walked more, eaten less. My bowel this morning is so bloated i feel so sick. I've gone back to fasting from 7pm to 12pm and it seemed to be working. But this morning it's all back on. :(

Hello and welcome to our friendly and supportive forum. I would suggest you try weighing weekly rather than daily. There can be fluctuations as you hae found if you weigh daily. Choose a day which is convenient for you and weigh on the same day and same time each week. You will get a more consistent weight. You might like to post your start weight and some information about yourself on the Weigh In and come back and chat each week and let us know how you are doing.

It is so hard but you need to eat not fast. Planning is crucial and make sure you have lots of low calories around to snack on.
