Hi everyone ,

Hope you are all well , covid is effecting us all .

I am 44 and life has been so busy and now I’m just overweight , just feel fat really .

Time to say goodbye to the fat and get my confidence back

Hello Farfat and welcome to our lovely forum.

I see that you're a busy Mum. So why don't you start there,with something that you're proud of. May I suggest that you change your username to something a little more flattering. I'm not sure what "Farfat" means but it doesn't sound pretty.

Follow all the links that you have been sent in your welcome message. Take your time,follow every link you have been given . I recommend using the website as opposed to the App until you know your way around.

Participating in the Daily Diary has helped me a lot with getting healthy meals organized,instead of just grabbing the 1st thing to hand.

The weekly weigh ins are great too,especially for giving and receiving encouragement. I'm a member of the Tuesday Trimmers but there's a group for everyday just pick a day and say hi! You'll soon get chatting.

Remember being a mother of 4 is a great achievement.:)
