I’m back

Hello all,

Things were a bit crazy there for a time (still are).

I’ve been on a corona virus rollercoaster these past few months as I’m sure some of you have.

I got weighed today and I am 18st 13lb which is still 7lb down from when I started in Feb! Thrilled considering everything.

I’m ready to go again, mindful eating, portion control, good choices and I’d like to try some element of fasting. I’ll join Monday’s weigh in.
