Any recipe ideas for my vege box coming tomorrow?

First time we’re getting one of these, there’s a few veges I have never cooked with before - any suggestions? 😁 thank you

Roast the beetroot in it's skin. When it's cool enough to handle (but still warm), peel it, chop it up and toss it in vinaigrette. Salt, pepper and chilli flakes.

Saute the squash in butter.

Ditto the cabbage. Thinly sliced, it replaces pasta. Also delicious as coleslaw.

Chop plums, and serve in a salad with blue cheese and warm bacon or gammon steak, mayonnaise or vinaigrette.
