Hope you’re all well.
Does any of you lovely ladies have experience with a low carb diet while suffering from pcos? I’ve lost almost 3st with sw but since January my weight has remained the same and I have another 2-3st to lose. I’ve already started eating healthier (not 100% as I’m your typical veggie hater) and I thought continuing to do so I’d lose more weight.
I have read an interesting article (actually few of them) about how to lose weight with pcos. Apparently low carb diet is the way to go as it not only controls weight gain but also there is evidence that it might reverse pcos. I am looking for opinions of someone who’s tried low carb diet (Atkins or Keto or whatever else is out there) or knows someone who’s tried it. Doesn’t matter if it worked for you or not. Please give me some insight and help me start low carb diet.
