No. Unexplained weight loss is a possible sign of something serious underlying. If you are in the UK, talk to your GP or call 111. If elsewhere, talk to your primary care.
It might be nothing, but it's not a symptom to be ignored.
Yes, I agree Wharam20, there may well be a simple explanation but these things need checking.
