Evening all. I have been chilling today as I have had to look at myself and wonder why I have gained a pound in weight when I was doing everything right, including exercising every day. My conclusion...I obviously wasn't doing 'everything right'. So that's what I reflected on today!
I do know what you mean about using the exercise calories burned to ‘pay’ for more food. Now you have to try to be a ‘saver’ rather than a ‘spender’. 😊Hope it works.
I have found that crisps have been sneaking back into my diet- but not as part of my calorie allowance since the lock down! I am lucky that I am one of the key workers so do get out and chat 3-4x week with colleagues whilst working. Also though you are doing exercise it is probably not as much as you usually do. But to be honest weight fluctuates and 1lb is notmuch- I am a maintainer and I allow myself a range of 2kg (approx 5lbs) to cover for this.
