BMI Shock

Thanks for the help. I now know my BMI, and it is shocking. It is a 44, but I know where I am beginning. I have tried many weight loss programs, my struggle is the long-term follow through. I need to lose for my health, for my family, and since I am starting to do some mission work, I need to lose to help me in my mission travels.

I feel confident you are going to succeed. You are showing a tenacity fighting this website that convinces me. You might want to wrap a tape measure around your waist (and maybe one or two other points) and take an honest selfie or two - maybe shirt on and shirt off. You never have to share either, but if you make great progress, you may like to be able to show before photos - though the one you are sharing is pretty clear.

I took a before photo in the bathroom mirror, and was really happy to compare it a month later, in the same clothes and posture. It reinforced my resolve.
