IMAGINE SUCCESSFULLY DIETING DURING THE HOLIDAYS😂ðŸ˜
Weight loss is about the long term, yeah the holidays aren’t easy, but if we look at the journey in terms of months and maybe years, is a week significant? When I was on my weight loss journey I had off weeks where I wasn’t so strict with myself every season, so winter was nailed to Christmas, spring covered Easter and I had a couple of holidays from the journey in summer and autumn. Ok, I didn’t go crazy all I could eat in any of those weeks, but I did indulge. Losing a pound or two a week over the other 12 weeks in a season meant I could take a no loss week, or a small gain, for what it was... a fun week that didn’t actually affect my journey.
I will be off work next week until Jan recovering from Carpel Tunnel op . Can't escape in my car either so lined up a programme of You Tube exercise videos so that odd bad snack will be exercised off . Not planning on snacking much but this is backup
I struggled with mobility for over a year, and then had 4/5 months on crutches following surgery, and maintained my weight throughout by carefully watching portion size and moving as much as I could, most
yoga and physio. If I can do it, anyone can.
Good luck, it’s essential to have a plan! Keep in touch focused1 😊
Yes, but as the image shows, practice makes perfect (or at least easier) 😊
I always used to lose a small amount of weight over Xmas as it was so blooming depressing. Not anymore alas.
