My last post was me moaning about having gained weight. I have managed to get back on track. I have exactly 1stone to shead to reach my target. I started my diet on the 2nd of August last year so am happy with my progress despite the occasional moan. THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO COMMENTED ON MY LAST POST.

Why not get involved in the life of the forum? It's all set up for interaction and mutual support, whether the What's Happening? post for a chat about anything, or the brilliant weigh-ins where you get to know a team of people to help each other along the way, or the Daily Diary where people share their meal plans and get new ideas, or the exercise challenges or book club. There's so much going on every day and you'd get far more interaction and encouragement than by posting - and you could support others, too

I have lost four stone - but I am still 2½ stone heavier than you!
What strategy or diet are you using?
Low carbs + calorie counting and 2 days "fasting". I also follow the 16/8 diet plan. I only eat within a 8 hour window, except for a spoonful of raw honey for breakfast. (I have all my NHS recommend calories). So bits of 3 diet plans, but it works for me.
