Last summer I lost around 1.45 stone from watching my calories in vs calories out and doing regular exercise. However since being 9 stone, I have really struggled at losing any more weight. No matter how much or how little weight I’m stuck at 9 stone. My BMI is 21 so is still in the healthy range but would like to get to 8.7 stone- anyone have any tips??

I have no suggestions for you losing more weight and I'm not clear why you want to. Sometimes we can get stuck on a goal when it's no longer relevant: I know that can be the case for me and maybe it is for you.
Why not spend your time here looking at different ways of eating that you can enjoy and will keep you healthy for life? Calories in, calories out is very simplistic and implies that all calories are the same, which is far from the truth.

Welcome to the forum, the links BridgeGirl has given you are really beneficial. The advice on learning how to understand the calories in vs out thinking has really opened my eyes! I like many really benefit from the dietdoctor website and many of us wish we had the information available there when we were younger..
