Hello 😊 So, a couple months ago I actually did calorie counting with my sister and best friend. I managed to hit my weight loss goals because we were texting each other every day with our calorie count and holding each other accountable. I’m looking to do this again but I’m really looking for someone who is very encouraging, will follow up with me daily and encourage me and call me out if I’ve gone silent.
I’m very good at giving this kind of support too. I will talk through what’s going on at a deeper level with the person too.
I am looking to do 6 - 8 weeks to hit my goal of losing and maintaining 10lbs less than I am now. Anyone interested? If you’re in the UK, we can also use WhatsApp

You may get someone who is willing to buddy up with you. In terms of the forum, you can join a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice and you can use the Daily Diary to post your meal plans and get useful feedback.
I'm wondering how you intend to maintain your weight loss in the future. It may be more helpful for you to focus on developing a healthy eating plan that you can see yourself enjoying into the future, rather than a diet that gets you to a goal weight and you then go back to "normal" eating. If you want to maintain weight loss, you need to find a new "normal"

Hi Cath4243 - you could have many diet partners by using the forum here. There are plenty of challenges that you can get involved where we all encourage and cheer each other on, plus the daily diary for calorie counting and the weigh ins for support too.
moreless and BridgeGirl have mentioned these above but they really do work and Lytham had another great challenge ready to go for the summer!
I have been waiting for 26th (I think) when you said it starts to post up my pledge and treat (basically I haven't thought of a treat yet and I want to check my weight on the day of the challenge as I think I know my pledge but want to make sure it's acheivable
