Longer walk planned for tomorrow

Going to up by a mile😊 7 miles planned. Had a day of present music playing so tomorrow I'm going back to childhood and when I became a little raver haha

80's & 90,s.

I wonder what music gets your heart pumping? ❤️

Hi if youre up for pledging an increase in your miles, our Summer Challenge will be starting on 26th and you could pledge to do it in the 10 weeks ? :-) x

I never walked / jogged with music. But they say it's good. I will try, though... Does it not distract you?

Not really into music, as there is so much of it around, radio, shop, etc.

I love walking to my music, the beat changes which makes me walk quicker than slower. Walking into town and back home is 6 miles, that's when the music's on. As I've just started again I'm finding my pace, But next week I'll start timing the routes I take and when the Challenge starts I'll know what I want to go for😊

Maybe pick music that holds happy memories for you, I always sing louder and shake my booty more when a song reminds me of happier times. Like I said yesterday to another member I must look like a fruit loop sometimes when I'm waiting to cross the road dancing on the curb haha💃

Hm. I don't really have the patience to look for music. This is probably like other things, you have to 'learn' how to look for your music. I will try some very easy ways...

If I walk without music, I find myself strolling as my mind ticks over and I don't feel like I've done any exercise. As long as you enjoy your walks that's all that really matters
