Wasnât expecting a loss when I got on the scales Sunday......., OMG I couldnât believe my eyes 6lb loss!!
Had to get my husband to double check.
I am buzzing and so motivated for week two - bring in on đ

I believe we should definitely make time in our lives to celebrate, and that it's better to do so consciously rather than in fear. On these occasions, I often find I want to try all the nice things but that I don't need a huge portion of any of it - just a taste seems to be enough if I pay attention to it when I'm eating it.
Well done on your first week - wishing you well for more to come! Stick with it.
