Hi everyone!

So I have the results from my exercise last week.

I pushed myself a bit harder on the bike but as the weather has turned out bad again I have not been so outdoorsy and have not been putting as many steps in as I wanted it to.

Walking 78Km

Cycling 36Km (static bike)

Total of 114Km

The collage is a bit poor this week, but I haven’t been enjoying the weather outdoors....

Hello glad I found this- next week if you click on challenges in the topic section right hand side and look for the Kicking the Ks challenge for that week and post your stats there, since it may get missed otherwise. But as Moreless said a very good amount- if she hasn't already updated your stats I will. Love the photos- what building is it?
