I haven't used them. I've heard of very dodgy selling practices when people have bought them online. You should be able to see "Related posts" to the right of yours. There may be information there.

I've just looked at the ingredients list from one version: Raspberry Ketones, African Mango Extract, Acai Berry Extract, Green Tea Extract (40% Catechins / 60% Polyphenols/Caffeine 8%), Caffiene, Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Kelp, Caffeine, Grapefruit Pectin, Resveratrol. Other Ingredients (Inactive): Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source), HMPC Capsule Shell.

I see that the last time you posted here, you were asking about Slimfast. Do you think it would be worthwhile just buying fresh ingredients and cooking? You can get so many ideas from the recipes here, under Topics, and from the Daily Diary.

There is so much here on the forum to help you, you just need to come here and make use of it all. No need to post, just read, join in conversations, encourage others and it will pay off for you

How about planning your shopping and meals for the week?

Hi dillydally1, I totally agree with BridgeGirl and NoMore Junk. It was so tempting for me to think about help but I was prescribed Orlistat by the doctor and it didn't work. As for budget, most supermarkets off load their vegetables at the end of the day and I filled a shelf in my fridge for only £2.22 yesterday with lots of salad food. Good luck and keep going: this forum is helping me more than anything I've dieted with before.

Hi dillydally1 Welcome to the forum!

I agree with Bridgegirl that the best way to fuel our bodies is with real food :) I have just got a fridge full for £40 so it can be done on a budget. I find planning my meals in advance really helps and then logging it on the Daily Diary thread on here.

I have tried loads of health crazes, shakes, pills and none of it has worked for me and I ended up putting even more weight on. We need to find something that will work forever - a lifestyle that we can continue when we have got to the weight we want.

I know someone who tried them - complete waste of money and they kept charging her for more even though she cancelled. Good food cooked well is definitely the way to go, no such thing as a quick fix.

That was the sort of online scam I'd heard of
