You will find great support and great advice on this forum. We are all here for the same reason. I have just started out myself but I feel quite determined that I can achieve my goal. Some are maintaining their weight, some are coping at illness or stress but everyone here has a desire to succeed and to help others succeed too. I wish you the best of luck xx
