Hi and welcome Shihtzu123
A big warm welcome to you!
I suggest you find out from your local library what's going on in your area... Walking groups, book clubs, movie nights etc. Happy busy people make good choices. It might be difficult but it's worth it 😀
Best wishes to you😍
Ouch, Shihtzu, that is a hard one. I know what it’s like relocate and it does feel lonely. Grab the opportunity, to get into your regime, because as soon as you make friends it will get harder when the invites start pouring in. This is the start of my second week, so not a lot of knowledge about the site, other than it’s very friendly, and these guys will help you every step of the way.
My husband does not know he is dieting, just eating healthy, but he is losing weight and his blood pressure is down this week, it is normally very high. I carefully craft a menu (he is easy to feed fortunately) from bbcgood food, finding food we like to eat and calories we need to eat. I did get him to check his BMI by grumbling about being obese, so saw what he needed to be on. Fortunately he is very active, with walking and cycling. I have a menu made out for three weeks ahead, (there’s positive for you😂). He does not mind losing weight as he needs to, it’s just that he does not like anything to do with dieting. Another plus is that we are saving 💰 because I’m finding more meals with vegetables, and having nice homemade soups for our light meal. If you feel down just come along in, and we will chat to you. Good luck☘️
