Day 4.

Crashed and burned last night 10pm with a takeout delivery.

Had a really positively day yesterday.

Planned my meals.

Stuck to them.

Feeling positive.

Awareness/ evenings are my triggers.

Am going to work on this.

Set a Daily Goal.

Solution- Go on NHS page to talk instead of eating.

Thankyou for listening.

neither do I

Good morning NG18CCS

Can i ask - what were the meals you planned and ate yesterday? I'm thinking what you had eaten may had not been enough if you then went and ordered a takeaway at 10pm on top of your meals for the day as well???

This could be where you are falling down - under eating and not feeling full which then led to the blowout at 10pm??

Good reply from Hidden

If evenings are your triggers, it could be a) you're not getting enough calories, so re-check with the NHS BMI calculator or b) it's a habit that you need to crack.

If you have your meals planned for the day, why not log them now on the Daily Diary? healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
