I'm not really sure what you mean Gail?

If you eat one Freddo, you'll want another and then another. The only way to beat the addiction, is to stop eating all chocolate, which means you have to stop buying it.

Once it's out of your system, the cravings will go.

I am fine with smaller chocolate as stopping all chocolate would make me want it more I will change next week if I have to as I see my GP on Monday morning and I guess she will advise me whether I have to give up all chocolate as I will be having tests for diabetes Gail
