Hi i joined because i felt low about myself, packed on a few pounds too many, ate too many cakes and chocolate realized when i have a problem i comfort eat but i have completely changed it all around i just wanted to share because we put to much pressure on ourselves i do it all the time, weight loss isn't just about shedding pounds it's about converting body fat into muscle with an healthy diet loads of super foods making all my own meals and a bit of exercise everyday when i can, i feel loads better about myself and i have stopped obsessing about how slow i am losing it. Please don't take this post wrong i am not preaching but i wanted to share this so what if we have an off day who cares there's always tomorrow to pick yourself up i have found it so much easier this time round with balance and no pressure thank you for reading hope this post will be helpful.

Well said. I think one of the biggest messages I’ve picked up from this forum is to remember this is about the long haul not a quick fix. We are all going to have ups and downs but need to learn how to deal with the down days and prevent them becoming the norm.
Great that you’ve turned around how you see things. Seems like that’s the key 😀
