Well it has been a while. I have been on holiday for a couple of weeks (had a great time – Iceland, Norway, and the top of Scotland, including the Shetlands), I have been busy settling into my new offices at Manchester (same company), and I have been a little lazy.

Anyway my weight slipped a little, but because I am now walking four miles a day since I am travelling by train to Manchester rather than car to Ewloe, Chester, I am finding that little bit of exercise makes all the difference. My weight is slipping off again but I am still heading towards my elusive overall target.

Hi zJohnny-One,that song resonates with me, the lyrics so meaningful.Thanks you have good day ,and good 4mile walks.ive just finished 3day,fluids only and lost5lb,remained at home,lots of writing ,reading,back to 800cals tomorrow(daily)and my exercise routine,☕😊
