Not an easy one and I've just been reminiscing on another post about how much I feared the first few weekends or so, especially with my propensity to eat and drink at the time.
You're going to have to plan what you're going to eat and drink and how much of it.
You can give yourself a bit more leeway by reducing what you have during the day. The potential downside of that is you reach the evening feeling too hungry and go OTT (did anyone say this was easy?).
Stay focused on your fear of failure, I know that helped me stay strong for a while (it sounds terribly negative but it can help in the short term).
Why not put some visual reminders around that you will see and no one else will understand the meaning of?
