I hope I'm not teaching you to suck eggs but if you've never thought about this, be mindful of the dreaded period for us woman, I was about to drive straight to Mc D's when I found on my 2nd week that I had put on a pound despite being an angel, however before I bolted for the door crying into a Big Mac, I decided to google weight gain before a period, most of it is caused my water retention but you can gain as much as 10lb apparently, the average is around 2lb, just a bit of advise, AVOID weighing yourself, instead maybe take your measurements like I did, I found although I had no weight loss I had lost an inch off my waist, 😍.....I'm hopeful that when I weigh myself at the end of this week I should see a significant number....watch this space X

Congrats @Y-von, very sensible.
Never cry into a Big Mac... they're soggy enough as it is
Well done for taking measurements.
I always weigh after my period and leave it out the week before.

Very wise, during the summer in particular I have gained as much as 10lb that week although normally between 4 and 7. I never did do things by halves

It’s a real thing that we shouldn’t let us go off track, we just have to accept it!
