Oh it wasnât my first lol, 5th one this week but I was aching and had a rest yesterday so found it hard to go again today! Xx
Oh sorry I thought it was your first one Jenny. May be 3 or 4 a week would be best then so you donât get fed up of hurting then give up. It is hard to do and keep up everyday.
Yeah I only went that much this week as my partner was on easter leave. But he goes back tonight so I wonât be going as much next week thankfully lol x

We give one another ideas help and encouragement. We can get hints and tips of what to eat and pinch recipes from one another. If you are on a iPad it is on the right of you.
