Last week weighed 14st 5lbs this week 14st 4lbs. Pleased with that, I now it is not much but I have yo yoked with my weight for most of my life so hopefully doing it slowly it will stay off longer. Plus my mun was very heavy when she died and I watched the hospital staff try to move her etc. I do not want to end up like her.

Slowly but surely is absolutely the way to go. And that is a lot. Thats 1lb of fat gone for good. You should be really proud of yourself for making the commitment to be healthy. Best of luck with the rest of your journey and we are all here for support xxx
