Hi I'm 11st13lbs according to my weighing scales ⚖. I need to lose 2st 4lbs to be in healthy bmi range according to the NHS. I struggle to avoid snacks and to eat less. I'm studying for a degree while Woking full time so hard to fit exercise in. All help and support welcome.

Hi Michelle and welcome.
You're packing in a hell of a lot there... wishing you all the best with your degree.
The good news, apart from that you've just joined an incredibly helpful forum, is that a lack of exercise needn't be a drawback to losing weight.
Follow the link that Minniewinny has provided and you'll see a link to the NHS 12 week plan (if you haven't already). If you have a good read through that, then you'll be able to start planning how to eat/live more healthily, yet enjoyably (key word).
Good luck and make sure you post if you've got any questions.
