Fizzylizzy13 how are you getting on with no snacking? I ate nothing after 7pm last night. New habit for me

When I practice mindfulness I don't pick. So for me it's keeping positive and happy as I'm an emotional eater. Also I worked too hard to loose my weight so I'm trying to think "I'm not wasting my past efforts on binging"..I'm only on day three😀😀😀 but I keep on believing if I can take it one day at a time by February it will be a piece of cake. I try to change habits over 12 weeks to give me a fighting chance to improve..hope your mojo is helping you too

It doesn't matter what day you're on... it's the habit that matters. Habits and time bring change... so keep going. You're doing great 😊

Well done with managing this 13Valerie that is great. I am joining Fizzylizzy13 with the no snacking course and I haven’t had any snacks so far today and hope I can continue with this today all day and night as well. Hope you manage to not have any snacks again tonight as well so good luck.

Thank you 13Valerie I have made sure I always eat breakfast as I never used to and also now make sure I count my calories because I never used to eat enough calories at all which was the whole reason why I was putting weight on because I used to eat less more often thinking it would help me lose weight more but if you don’t eat enough your body stores the fats you have to ensure it can continue and the fat weighs more than just eating the extra calories does so it stops you from losing weight and then puts weight on instead. When I checked my bmi on the bmi calculator it told me how many calories I should eat in a day because I was obese but now overweight. Where you are a healthy bmi unfortunately it doesn’t actually tell you how many calories you should eat to be able to lose weight more. Good luck with your journey.

I struggled last night and had some nuts. The pollution is really bad here in Delhi and I guess I was upset about that

Don't worry. .. you're still here... it wasn't the worst that could happen 😊 it wasn't a big nut blow out now was it?!!!

I did that last night too. Stopped eating at 7 - im trying out 16-8 but it had the interesting side effect of me being really full at 7pm and the evening was unexpectedly ok in terms of snacks. I always to to bed with something to nibble so it feels like a big habit to break. Good luck!

Yes it's a big gabit for me too... i love carb laden stogy food before bed and think i won't sleep if i don't have it... but I've been able to prove in the last couple of days that that's not true!! I'm actually sleeping really well😀

Fizzylizzy13 how are you getting on with no snacking? I've just finished my dinner (salmon and salad) and I'll have a cup of peppermint tea before bed.

I'm posting this to remind me of my new habit 😀
