Hello and welcome to the NHS weight Loss Forum Mclaughlin-123
Many of us on this forum have changed our health and fitness through a combination of eating better and increasing exercise.
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header and a link to the 12 week plan, so please take the time to read it carefully.
Wishing you all the best
Anna
Stick around here, join a weigh in day and the challenges. Cut out all junk, alcohol and processed foods. Low carb and low fat is what I'm doing. You can do it!
Hi Mclaughlin-123. Welcome to the group. I agree with Anna join the NEWBIE CLUB and check out the information there. I started a couple of weeks ago and the weigh in each week and the friends you speak to on here is invaluable. Everyone is so supportive and you can pick up some good tips.
Wishing you well on your journey.x
Well one thing you could do is swap outs ex unsweetened almond milk 30 cal per cup instead of 90 for skim milk low fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream don't drink calories as much as you can water water water walk walk walk
