Possible Angina

Hi ...im 48 ..family history both sides of heart problems ..appears I have Angina ..await appointment at Rapid Assessment Clinic. Need to lose 2st 6 to be mid point in my healthy weight bracket. Wish me luck.

Hiya, hope you are doing well, weekends are a problem aren't they. I have eaten loads of vegetables !! My worse time is in the evening ....it's when I 'pick' but have been good for 2 evenings and tonight so far so good !! x
