I feel exactly the same way. I am struggling and lose a bit of weight then put it back on. I understand how you feel. I am new to this site.
So let's try to motivate each other daily. 🤣
We can do it one day at a time. Breakfast sorted lunch sorted. Only need to do s healthy tea and day one will all be good. Exercise - one afternoon dance not enough to break a swear though x👌
I'm also like you I lose a few pounds then get complacent and put it back on. I feel really down and miserable right now and not well at all so trying again to get back on track. I'm cutting out sugary carbs and starchy foods and have downloaded the 30day fitness plan which I'm doing. I looked at a video of a holiday I had years ago when, I'm my mind, I was fat! But in actual fact I was ok and am much bigger now so that has spured me on a bit. We all need support as it's difficult to do it alone. Xxx
