Welcome to this wonderful friendly forum. I'm sure you will develop a healthy lifestyle, lose weight and get off the meds. We can't give medical advice but we can share what works best for us and hopefully it will help you too.

I'd start by eating real food and ditch processed junk food. Cutting out sugar will be life changing for you.
