Why is it so much harder when you get older to lose??!!
This is my first week, 1.5lb from last Friday - Monday, but was disappointed as I weighed myself today and nothing off. But on the plus side 2 inches off waist, so I suppose I mustn't fret about the scales.
I need to concentrate on my food diary.

Yes don't be down heartened that's a good healthy first week I didn't lose for two weeks it was so frustrating but I stuck with it and it's slowly started to move again keep with it it will happen the scales are not the only thing to watch inches off are just as important your doing great! 😊 x
That's a great result, safe and steady. Any faster than that and you'd be likely to regain it later. And inches lost especially on the waist is a wonderful result, for both your figure and your health
