So I think day one went okay. Had a binge at 9pm, but I was genuinely hungry, rather than just eating for the sake of it, but because I was hungry, and I hate that feeling I over ate, 3 pieces of bread and butter, a cuppa soup, a packet of mini cheddar and 6 sugar free chocolate waffer bar thingies. It sounds much worse when its written down, but im trying to be honezt with my self and track what I am really eating, not just the stuff i think is good or allowed. So now i know i need to plan a healthy snack for the evening, so rather than depriving and binging i can have something that good.

Hi, you need to distract yourself more in the evening if this is when you get the munchies. Make sure you are drinking enough water. If you feel hungry eat something then wait. Try protein like an egg rather than carbs. 🤞
Well done on being accountable Marcie-J 😊 Changing our eating takes time, it doesn't happen overnight. Why don't you go along to the Daily Diary and plan all your meals for today? It could be you are not eating enough and that's causing the evening hunger.
Try to plan things to do in the evening such as a walk or reading. You are great for writing down what you ate. It really put things into perspective. Doing the DD would help you especially writing what you are going to eat that day. I hope you do well!!!!!!!!!
