Need some motivation today got on the scales I've gained 2lb been going up and down the same 2lb for about 2 weeks now I think I'm eating ok I'm exercising my job is quite active I just don't understand it I know I need to keep at it but it's hard when you don't see results 😕 x

keeping at it is definitely the best way forward. Record everything you eat and drink, it can be surprising how a bit of this and a bit of that add up.

Do you plan your meals in advance? The Daily Diary is a good place to be for ideas, inspiration, motivation and accountability.

Keep on keeping in and I am sure the results will come.

I have the same problem. I know I don't drink enough water so will try doing that for a couple of days

Yes I was the same didn't drink enough I try to drink more its so difficult I have about 5 stone to lose I've lost 1 already quite easy but now nothing then you feel like you have had a good day get on the scales and there it is the 2lbs are back it's very frustrating x

I suggest you join the Daily Diary too, leigh, as you 'think' you're eating OK, but maybe we could see a way for you to tweak your menus? :)

I know, I've been the same for over a month now. We just have to keep going.
