How good would it be if all food/drink producers put the traffic light system on their products ? Well maybe not so good for them but great for someone like me who gets confused over reading calories, fats per grams or the sugars & salt in the product.
The other day whilst food shopping I made a point of looking at products that had this system on the packaging & do you know what it really made me think about what I was putting in my basket. I also learnt that things that I thought were healthy or given the impression were healthy were in fact not.
Next time you are in a supermarket take a look & let me know what you think.
