I love the posts on this site.

I meditate and practice Mindfulness on a daily basis, it has become a way of life for me, it helps me to remain positive and focused.

It's really great that there are others out there who get happiness, and fulfillment from life's simple pleasure.

Glad to hear your enjoying the forum. If you practice mindfulness have you seen the Happiness challenge in the pinned post? I think you might enjoy join in with that, you can fined it in the pinned post section on the right or at the bottom if your on a mobile.

Hi Jinny good to hear that mindfulness keeps you focussed. It is one of the things I have on my to do list. I am starting Tai Chi this week then hopefully in the future with start mindfulness and meditation.

I've always fancied Tai chi, but never quite gotten round to joining. Hope your new class goes well for you.

If you do decide to practice Mindfulness, I hope you will learn to love it as much as I do.😀 It takes a lot of practice, but it is so worth it.
