Do we count our 5 a day fruit as part of our calorie count for the day ???
When I cook from scratch I count all the calorie value of the raw ingredient then sort of decide into 6/8 portions and come up with a calorie count for that meal is this right ??

That sounds perfect aysya 😊 And yes, you count all the calories of all the food you eat. Weight loss is about calories, but good nutrition and health is about food variety and quality 😊
