We'll that's two days done! So far so good but then I always am at the start.weekend approaching which will be challenging. Will probably be eating out so all about making the right choices but not feel deprived. Also need to get out of the eat everything in sight start again mindset .happy Friday all ......Pamela x

You can do it! We used to say to our kids "you can always leave chips" which steered them to the healthier stuff for main course. So hope your outing will work out fine. Have a great weekend.
