Nature's way to tell me to slow down πŸ˜€

Hello all,

Survived another firepit Friday with friends. Was a great evening of laughs and jokes and to be honest don't know what I would do without them (Firepit and friends) I didn't have any sausages but did have 2 rum and cokes and 2 beers.

Nature has reared its head again and it is snowing (see pics) seems the nail in the foot wasn't enough to slow me down so Mother nature threw in some dodgy weather. Sooooo today has been my lazy day. Sitting and watching TV, going to sauna and hanging out with hubby and kids.

Back on it as soon as the snow melts.

Have a great weekend all

Jan

It seems that dodgy weather is a worldwide phenomenon, Jan as we were surprised with snow, just a few days ago! :)

I'm sure your poorly foot is appreciating the rest though, so enjoy it, while it lasts :)

Enjoy your relaxing weekend :)

What a lovely reason to be snuggled up indoors, we had 2 hours of snow in London this year and we call came to a stand still!

Hi, Janpes, hope you're feeling better and the foot is healing.

Navy Beaters is good for healing anything 😁

Usually doesn't stop me haha we have it for 5 months of the year. This time it was a mini blizzard πŸ˜€

We enjoyed the day off but am today going outside. I'm getting cabin fever alreadyπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Running will commence tomorrow at oh 6 hundred hours (6am)

Happy Sunday all

Although the unseasonal snowfall and injury to your foot may have temporarily stopped play in the back garden, simply take the opportunity to sit back and reflect upon the progress made thus far.

Since we're often so focused upon the final result, we invariably forget to take time out to appreciate small achievements and victories en-route.

Most importantly, even though sausages weren't consumed on your part, fire-pit Friday with friends continued to be enjoyed and that's what counts.
