Hi Angeleeze

If you use the calories you burn off then your weight loss will slow right down or even stop! You need to burn off more calories than you eat in order to lose any weight.

Ok thanks , I will get my head around it soon I promise 🙏🏼😫

I wouldn't eat the calories you've burnt off :) you're likely to get more weight loss this way. And it is easy to miscalculate the calories you've burnt off and over eat as a result :) just think of them as a bonus towards your weight loss!

Ideal thank you 😊

The only caveat I would add is that if you have a really active day, eat a little more to stop yourself dropping too low on calories. As an extreme example, when my OH did the marathon he was on 2000 calories a day and he burnt about that running, so his net calories were about 0 and his body still had to do other processes and keep him breathing!
