Low calorie food

Hi does someone used Herbal life pills, replacing food?; they suppose to contain more fiber and help reducing consumption of daily food volume. Please don't give sales advice, just end users.

Thanks

Hello mariusboda.

Different people on here are following different regimes so maybe you will find someone(people) here who can help.

Personally, I eat much the same as I ever ate but in smaller portions, with a bit of tweaking towards more healthy options. The idea behind my choice is its sustainability, after I have reached my weight goal.

All the best!

Of course you will lose weight if you eat pills instead of food, marisboda, but all the evidence says people who do this put it all back on again. It's not a sustainable way of life. It's better to lose weight slowly and regularly, learning to eat smaller portions of healthy food, and change your habits for life. Besides which, eating is a huge pleasure. It can still be a pleasure whilst on a weight loss regime. Sorry if this advice isn't what you were hoping to hear, and I do wish you luck on your weight loss journey. X

I agree completely with Hidden , as soon as you stop using pills and go back to eating the weight will go back on and you may even gain more. What ever you do should be sustainable for life, taking pills isn't. Sorry don't mean to sound harsh - just want you to stop and think carefully about what you do next. Good luck with your journey.
