So I'm writing up a plan based on keto but really stumped on fat and protein levels
I went through a calculator and I'm meant to be on 125g protein and 96g of fat
But a chicken breast thats averages 150g only contains 36g protein and 1.1g of fat. So am I meant to eat like 4 chicken breasts a day or does it mean 125g of chicken a day?

If you are going to follow this type of diet, are you basing it purely on eating chicken breasts?
From the numbers that you've supplied you'd have to eat a bit under 4 breasts to make up your protein goal but you'd actually have to eat just over 87 breasts a day in order to reach your fat goal.
Hi and lol yea not planning on eating nothing but chicken breast. Just it seems to suggest alot more protein than I expected given that its low carb, moderate protein, high fat.
Maybe I have just been low on protein before
Example of a meal that hits targets (roughly) includes....
265g tesco butternut squash & babycorn medley, 2 salmon fillets (270g) and 10g xv olive oil, and still 8.2g short of my protein
Looks like you're a large egg short of your protein. Are you allowed eggs?
I'm still coming to terms with what works and doesn't on my calorie counting weight loss journey and I understand other programs even less. I've only been working on it for 9 weeks but by this Monday's weigh in I should have lost over 10 kilos. During that time I've been able to eat and drink anything I want just in less quantities.
there will be protein in alot of what you eat just measure it from the labels , hope i was of help as not really sure myself either,, good luck anyway x
Hmm. Where did you get those macros? Usually keto is high fat (about 70 percent) moderate protein (maybe 15-ish percent) and of course really low carb (5 percent). So that would be WAY more fat than protein. Like, ONE chicken breast (or hamburger or other source of protein) and green vegetable(s) with a lot of added butter/olive oil/heavy cream/cheese etc... to up the fat content.
