Juliet's weigh in.

Remained the same this week 12.10st. Not disappointed as it's 'star' week. The dog has lost some weight though according to the vet which is fab news! His needs are greater than mine at the moment. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

Good news for the pooch! Although if that was me I'd be glaring at him in envy! I know my pups are pretty peeved that the supply of biscuit crumbs seems to have stopped...they got ridiculously excited yesterday when my mum came round and trailed after her like two shadows in the hope of something tasty!

Ha ha. It seems to be the thing with vets at the moment that most dogs 60% in fact are over weight. My dog has had a new lease of life since the weight loss so I am thrilled. He's not a great treat eater so we had to stop his breakfast - poor thing!

Ahhh! No breakfast?! I bet he wasn't too chuffed!

Remaining the same, Hidden , is not at all to be sniffed at (If you'll excuse the pun)!

If the two of you are upping your walks together, then I'm sure you will have a loss yourself in due course, and you are both getting fitter in the meantime, which is great. Have a good week!

Thank you. Yes since having my dog I am much healthier so very grateful to him. Enjoy your weekend ☺

Hi Juliet,

Congratulations on maintaining your weight during 'star' week. I'm wondering what 'star' week means, but I'm presuming it was a tough week - and you've managed to get through it ok, so well done! :-)

Fantastic to hear that your lovely dog has successfully lost some weight.

Wishing you an excellent week.

Zest :-)

Hi Zest, star week is a slimming world saying for monthly! Although I don't really see it as a star week myself, just a nuisance. Yes my dog is like a puppy again. Am really thrilled. Have a lovely weekend ☺

Hi Juliet,

Still a good result for you and even better for the dog 😀🐾🐾.

I've put a 1Ib on 😳. I met my sister for an impromptu bit of lunch on Sunday and it all got a bit messy 🍾🥂🍹🍸!!

Oh well we live and learn ( not ) lol

Enjoy your week

😇

Hi Flossie, remember it's a lifestyle change so there will be the odd messy impromptu outings. Most of my weekends are like that. Thrilled for my dog though. After a bad summer last year, it's important to keep him healthy. Have a lovely weekend ☺

Love the idea of having your dog as a weight loss buddy! Good luck to both of you. :)

in reply toDRS54

Thank you. He's relatively new to it but already doing better than me ☺
