Still can't add to my profile

Hi there, I'm still having problems adding anything to my profile despite going to the "help" icon over 3 weeks ago. Does anyone else have this problem?

Wow 25 days is a long time. Fortunately i haven't had any problems. Hope you can get this sorted

Only place l was able to do a profile pic upload was on the PC

Is it a picture, or text that you're trying to add, Nessie?

If it's a picture you're trying to add, you can't do it with a tablet, you need to use a laptop/desktop.

It's on a pc. I sent another email this morning so hopefully it will get sorted. Thank you for your replies
